Subscriptions You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period. To cancel, log into your account on calinachi.eu or contact us at info@calinachi.com.
Payments already processed for the current cycle are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
Pre-orders Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item has been dispatched. Once the order has shipped, our standard return and refund policy applies.
Try Before You Buy If you choose not to keep the product after your trial period, you must initiate a return before the trial period ends. Items returned in their original, unused condition will not be charged. Items kept beyond the trial period will be charged in full.
Deposits & partial payments Orders placed with a deposit may be cancelled before fulfilment for a refund of the deposit, minus any non-recoverable processing fees. Once the order has been fulfilled or dispatched, the deposit is non-refundable.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers) In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. This right applies unless the product has been opened or used (for hygiene reasons, as applicable to cosmetic products).
